Antarctic Aquavit, Peach, Lemon & Soda
INGREDIENTS
45ml Tasmaniac Antarctic Aquavit
15ml Peach Liqueur (Marionette)
20ml Lemon Juice, Soda
METHOD
Grab your cocktail shaker and a drinking vessel of your choice
Put all ingredients except soda into the cocktail shaker
Add ice and do a quick shake
Strain your cocktail into a glass with ice
Top with soda
Garnish with fresh peach or lemon
ANTARCTIC AQUAVIT SOUR
INGREDIENTS
60ml Tasmanaic Antarctic Aquavit
15-20ml Simple Syrup or Peach Liqueur (Marionette)
Egg White (or a vegan egg white substitute such as Wonderfoam)
2-3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
METHOD
Grab your cocktail shaker and chilled coupe
Put all ingredients into the cocktail shaker
Shake (without ice)
Open shaker and add ice
Shake again
Double strain into chilled coupe
Garnish with a few drops of Angostura Bitters
Antarctic Aquavit & Tonic
INGREDIENTS
45ml Tasmaniac Antarctic Aquavit
125ml Tonic (We recommend Fever Tree Mediterranean)
METHOD
Add ice to your favourite appropriate drinking vessel
Add 45ml Tasmaniac Antarctic Aquavit
Add 125ml Tonic
Give a little stir
Garnish with a slice of orange or wild fennel

METHOD
Add ice to your favourite appropriate drinking vessel
Add 45ml Tasmaniac Antarctic Aquavit
Add 125ml Soda
Give a little stir
Garnish with a slice of orange or wild fennel
