Tasmaniac Distillers are a trio of country-living, folk-singing, and banjo stringing mates, distilling down in Cygnet in southern Tasmania. Their flavours represent the Huon Valley by collaborating with local producers, farmers, and foragers. With inspiration from Scandinavia, Tasmaniac Distillers have distilled Antarctic Aquavit, which is the most southern produced Aquavit in the world.
Tasmaniac Distillers’ range of spirits has become highly popular with venues across Tasmania, each capturing the essence of the island and showcasing the distinctive flavors of the Huon Valley.
